Our very first credential job EVER was to create 6,000 variable-data badges for an international event. James remoted in countless times to take care of every single issue that came up for months before, and during, the event–well before working hours and well after (the event was in Las Vegas; 2 time-zones away). James and his team took an entire work day to train us on the printer, advised on the creation of the template, handled the daunting responsibility of importing the data base (for 6,000 registrants) and took over A LOT. When we needed troubleshooting, James always responded in a timely fashion, preventing costly downtime.
