Newbart Products Return & Exchange Policy
Newbart Products wants you to be satisfied with your purchase and product.
We manufacture our own products as well as represent manufacturers who carry quality products, which perform as advertised.
Newbart Products is not responsible for delivery delays due to local weather, traffic conditions, drivers running late, acts of God, etc.
If your product arrives damaged, please notate the damage on the delivery paperwork and reach out to your Sales Rep immediately or email Sales@Newbart.com
If within 10 days of shipping, the product you ordered does not perform as represented, call for an RMA:
Return Materials Authorization (RMA)
Items returned without an RMA will not be credited to your account. The product must be returned in the original packing, in like new condition. Your account will be credited after the product arrives back to our warehouse in the previously stated condition. It may be to your benefit to take a photo of the product before it is repacked for return. Then if it is damaged in transit a damage claim can be filed. Items returned to the warehouse with scratches, dents, missing parts or manuals will not be given credit. It is Newbart Products’ sole discretion as to the condition of a returned item.
You will be emailed a photo of the condition of the returned product if credit is not issued.
Please email the tracking number to Sales@Newbart.com when you send the product back.
RMA numbers must be used within 30 days of issuance or the RMA is canceled.
Return instructions will be emailed to you.

Proof of Delivery (POD)
When you return the item, email or fax a POD such as a copy of the tracking #, UPS bill of lading, etc. to us so that the shipment can be researched if it doesn’t reach the warehouse.
Can’t Use It
If you order a standard product and find it doesn’t meet your application, but the product is not defective, you may return it within 10 days after shipping. Custom products may not be returned. There is a restocking charge of 25%, plus you will be responsible for original and return shipping charges. Call for an RMA number before returning in the original packing, in like new condition.
If a product arrives defective, please contact us immediately. We reserve the right to repair or replace, it at our discretion. Newbart Products technicians and/or manufacturer’s technicians solely determine if a product is defective. The customer must agree to onsite inspection of the product if requested by Newbart Products and/or the manufacturer’s rep before the product is determined to be defective. Upon receipt of the product at Newbart Products, or their designated warehouse, any product deemed damaged by the customer in an effort to obtain credit, will not be issued credit.
Products made to your exact specifications or modified for your application may not be returned for credit unless defective. Orders, once placed, can not be canceled without incurring time and materials costs.
Newbart Products reserves the right to place a lien against any customer for late payment not to exceed the outstanding balance owed. RMA refunds may take up to 4 weeks pending verification of receipt of returned product into the warehouse.
IN NO EVENT WILL NEWBART PRODUCTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE REPLACEMENT OR REPAIR OF THE PRODUCT, INCLUDING LABOR, INSTALLATION, EQUIPMENT DOWNTIME, OR OTHER COSTS INCURRED BY THE BUYER.
