YMCKO – Half-Panel Color Ribbon – 350 prints

Description

IDP YMCKO half-color ribbon consists of half-size yellow (Y), magenta (M), and cyan (C) panels that combine to print a full spectrum of colors made possible by varying degrees of heat. The full-size resin black (K) panel is used for printing text and barcodes, and the overlay (O) panel is a thin protective panel that is applied to the card surface.

The ribbon comes in a kit that includes a cleaning roller made for a Smart-51 card printer.

Half-panel ribbons can be used when the card design only requires full-color on half of a standard CR80 PVC card. Use the resin black panel for the the second half of the card, or over the entire surface. Since only half the card is treated with full-color, IDP YMCKO half panel ribbons allow twice the normal ribbon yield than a standard YMCKO ribbon.
